
How am I different from other Health Coaches?
Most health coaches give you a checklist of what to eat and an exercise plan. This approach doesn’t work for struggling women who are unable to make habit changes by themselves. So first and foremost, my coaching is about transforming beliefs and mindsets so that my clients can be present with themselves and their lives in a whole new way. I follow that work with step-by- step guidelines around healthy ways to approach eating, exercise, mindfulness and lifestyle. Because my focus is specialized and I have personal experience overcoming these challenges, what you get with me is a deep level of expertise in what works.
What kinds of clients do I work with?
I help women over 40 who are struggling to maintain healthy lifestyle routines, have developed unhealthy habits around eating and drinking, are neglecting self-care, and are dealing with stress and anxiety. They are ready for a clear, step-by-step system to break free from their challenges and embrace a completely new way of living.
What to expect?
• Recurring weekly sessions - once per week for 90 days
• Clear the clutter (emotional and physical) from your life so you can make space for the new you
• Anchor into your Big Why (this is the real reason why making this change matters!)
• Create a vision/mission for your Lifestyle Transformation
Break down and Implement weekly Goals and Actions
• Accountability, weekly check-ins on progress and removal of roadblocks
• Support from me as your coach, if you get stuck during the week
• Additional weekly exercises on mindfulness, diet & exercise.
